Join one of New Zealand's Leading Risk and Advisory teams as their newest Client Experience Specialist, within their Life and Health Advisory team!
As a Client Experience Specialist your primary goal is to elevate the satisfaction and retention of their valued clientele. You will play a crucial role in managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, and optimise the overall client experience. You will play a pivotal role in managing the underwriting journey. Central to your responsibilities is proactive problem-solving and using your initiative to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Along with empathetic and understanding case management of claims, ensuring clients feel supported and advocated for throughout the claims process.

Your skills and experience: - Demonstrated capacity and experience working in the Life & Health Insurance industry
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel (intermediate to advanced), Outlook
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of life and health insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with clients, advisers, and underwriters.
- Proficiency in X-Plan and CRM tools for managing client interactions, tracking underwriting progress, and monitoring client engagement metrics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess underwriting risks and opportunities, negotiate terms, and advocate for clients' best interests.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, particularly in the area of underwriting management and client advocacy.
- Ability to prioritise, organisation skills – team focused.
