Lead & support a high-performing contact centre team! We're looking for an experienced
Senior Customer Service/Sales Rep, 2IC or Team Leader from the
insurance industry.
About the role:
As the
Assistant Team Leader, you’ll be the
go-to person for the team, providing daily support, mentoring and coaching.
You’ll also:
✔️ Step in for the Customer Service Manager when needed.
✔️ Help develop the team to deliver
exceptional customer service.
✔️ Support a
warm, collaborative team environment.
✔️ Be hands-on—jumping on the phones when required.
What we’re looking for: E
xperience in a contact centre environment within insurance (Senior Rep, 2IC, TL) -
is essential. Strong
coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills.
A
calm, level-headed approach—you thrive under pressure.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels.
