The Role:

• Manage a mid-market book valued between $500k – $600k across various industries.
• Work with clients ranging from $20k up to $50k.
• Join a team of twenty, led by experienced leadership, and be part of a larger commercial insurance division.
• Provide mentorship to junior brokers, helping develop future industry talent.
• Collaborate with a broader Auckland team that specializes in commercial insurance solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally, 5+ years of commercial broking experience. 
• Strong industry connections and the ability to influence client outcomes.
• Experience mentoring junior brokers and fostering team development.
• Ability to manage high-value client relationships with a strategic, advisory-focused approach.
