We are working with a well-established brokerage in Auckland's North Shore, to find a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Broker Support. If you have a strong background in domestic insurance and a desire to expand into commercial broking, this could be the opportunity for you.

The Role

This is a key support role within the brokerage, providing assistance across a mix of domestic and commercial portfolios. You will broaden your broking experience working directly alongside Senior Brokers in a fast growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supporting Senior Brokers with renewals, endorsements, and new business quotes
• Processing policies and working with insurers to prepare commercial quotes
• Formulating premiums and working with a broad client base
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Supporting the team in maintaining strong client relationships

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a broker support (commercial experience preferred)
• Level 5 Financial Services qualification
• Strong understanding of premium formulation and rating
• Attention to detail and ability to work with calculations and underwriting criteria
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work
• A desire for a long-term position within a stable and supportive team
