I’m working with a fantastic, growing brokerage looking for a Level 5-qualified professional to join their team. Whether you’re an experienced Domestic Insurance Broker or currently in Broker Support and ready to manage your own portfolio, this is an incredible opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing renewals, endorsements, and (if comfortable) new business quotes for domestic insurance products like home, contents, vehicle, and marine.
• Collaborating with risk advisors to deliver tailored, holistic insurance solutions.
• Gaining exposure to a wide range of client needs in a role designed to challenge and develop you.

What They’re Looking For

• A Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance (essential).
• Experience in domestic insurance, ideally in a broking or Broker Support role.
• A self-sufficient, reliable professional who can confidently manage a portfolio and contribute to a growing team.

Salary Range:

• Broker: $75k–$80k+ (depending on experience).
• Broker Support stepping up: $70k+, with plenty of room to grow

Locations:

• St Heliers (preferred for training and team integration).
• Silverdale (flexible for experienced Brokers)
