Are you an experienced Domestic Insurance Broker looking to make a real difference in a social, non-corporate environment?

We’re looking for a broker with some great personal lines experience to help manage an established portfolio of Domestic clientele.

As part of the team, you'll work closely with commercial brokers and broker support staff, all while benefiting from a very friendly, open environment designed to help you succeed. If you’re confident with clients, have strong administrative skills, and are eager to escape the corporate tedium, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an established and loyal domestic insurance portfolio 
• Assist clients with queries and follow-ups
• Grow and manage a shared book of with your support 
• Collaborate with broker support to ensure great service delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in domestic insurance (Level 5 qualification is preferred)
• Confidence in talking with clients over the phone
• Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
• A team player 
• A great sense of humor and the ability to thrive in a lively, talkative environment
