Our client is a Wellington-based broking seeking an experienced Broker Support to work alongside a highly experienced Senior commercial Broker on some of the most complex risks in Wellington. About the company: National brokerage with offices up and down NZ, and head officed in Wellington. Team of 20 with a very inclusive and collaborative feel, and a strong focus on non-corporate culture. Very flat structure with a bottom-up approach to decision making.

The Role: As Senior Broker Support, you will work directly with a Senior Commercial Broker, to help manage his growing portfolio of mid-market clients. You'll play a key role in ensuring everything runs smoothly—organizing complex renewals, liaising with clients and insurers, and keeping things on track. Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting one of our busiest directors with a portfolio of complex Wellington based clients.
• Client and insurer contact, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Multitasking across various accounts in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a broker support.
• Level 5 qualification
• Someone who can thrive in a flexible, fast-paced environment with lots of client interaction.
• An eagerness to grow as a broker under one of the industry's best
• A great sense of humor and the ability to take things seriously when needed—but not too seriously!
