State Manager - Commercial Insurance Claims

We are working with a global insurance organisation looking for a highly experienced people leader to take on a state management role focused on commercial insurance.

You will;
- lead and manage a team of highly skills and experienced insurance professionals including mentoring and quality management
- Manage client relationships including reporting, engagement, contractual obligations delivery, feedback and issues resolution.
- Manage the financials for the state including revenue targets and expenses (P&L)
- Identify and drive capability and continuous improvement with systems and processes to drive efficiency, performance and improved ways of working.

If your background includes;
- Extensive people management experience in commercial insurance (ideally across claims, loss adjusting, building services or distribution)
- Strong client/stakeholder management experience with demonstrated experience in relationship management
- Technical knowledge in commercial insurance including commercial property insurance
